Aidmatrix Network Provides Relief for Recent United States Disasters
 During the last month, parts of the Southeastern, Northeastern and Midwestern United States have been hit by storms, floods and tornados. The states in these regions are using the National Donations Management Network (NDMN), a web-based tool enables donors to post their offers and connects them with needs of State and National Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD) members. These parties are able to share information and donations online in real-time, using supply chain management, volunteer management and fundraising technologies. NATO: Enhancing Practical Cooperation & Support for National Authorities in Civil Emergencies
 The need for targeted aid and maximum efficiency is critical in emergencies. The Euro-Atlantic Disaster Response Coordination Centre (EADRCC) is charged with orchestrating assistance in disasters within the Euro-Atlantic area, providing information, communication, expert advice and, most importantly, coordination of disaster response in crises. After entering into a partnership with Aidmatrix in the Fall of 2008, EADRCC adopted the Aidmatrix In-Kind Donations Management Module. And in April 2011, NATO/EADRCC implemented the Aidmatrix Transportation Donations Management Plus+ module. "As our partners start to fully utilize the Aidmatrix Network™ in real emergencies it greatly improves our ability to coordinate aid and services more efficiently and enhances cooperation amongst nations during disasters," stated Guenter Bretschneider, Head of EADRCC.

Five More Food Banks Sign up for
AgencyExpress 3.0 in 2011

CARE Bangladesh Warehouses Now Live with Aidmatrix Online Warehouse Plus+
 Aidmatrix recently traveled to CARE Bangladesh to provide Aidmatrix Online Warehouse Management training for about 30 personnel involved with inventory management for their 18 warehouses. The training team consisted of Tracy Allardice and Robert Halder from CARE US, located in Atlanta, along with David Makepeace and Shari Temple from Aidmatrix. They were just starting phase two of a large USAID Title II Food for Peace program, and at the end of the training, it was decided which 3 warehouses would be the pilot for the Online Warehouse Management. He is an experienced consultant, executive, entrepreneur, author and father who has studied and applied decision-making for more than 25 years.

Aidmatrix would like to thank David Rich for his 6 years of leadership as the chair of the Aidmatrix Board of Directors. He has provided much dedication to our mission and used his talents from his career at Accenture in predictive analytics solutions, the area of analytics that helps business and public service leaders become more informed decisions makers, to help Aidmatrix and its partners make meaningful impact in delivering humanitarian relief. Mr. Rich will continue as a board member in service to Aidmatrix.
