Aidmatrix Provides Relief for Japanese Earthquake/Tsunami Survivers
Japan Aidmatrix Network ScreenshotAidmatrix is working diligently with our international NGOs and local partners in Japan to connect the various response efforts for the recent earthquake. Throughout the growing nuclear crisis and the aftershocks, we are facilitating as much relief as possible with our partners. Aidmatrix, Second Harvest Japan and many of our corporate sponsors are providing necessary goods and the transportation of those goods to help those in need in Japan. Spring 2011 Release Delivers First Mobile-Enabled Online Auction for U.S. Food Banks
ChoiceMobileThe Spring 2011 release of the Aidmatrix Network for Humanitarian Relief is now in production and delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) to partner NGOs and government agencies. The major additions include the first mobile-enabled version of the Online Auction module, known as the Choice System within the Feeding America community, which enables food banks across the U.S. to bid on available items from their smart-phone. The release also includes a new module for Online Ordering that is completely integrated in the Online Warehouse Plus+ module. The further integration of the In-Kind Donations Management Plus+ module into the Online Warehouse Plus+ module completes the end-to-end flow of data through the system. Aidmatrix Presents at United Nations Infopoverty World Conference

Aidmatrix President & CEO Governor Scott McCallum was recently a guest speaker at the UN Infopoverty World Conference, which took place at the UN Headquarters in New York. Aidmatrix was announced as one of the UN Infopoverty partners during the conference and has been cited as an example of technology being used to address issues of poverty. 

FareShare's North West (Manchester) Depot Goes Live with Aidmatrix Online Warehouse Module
FareShareFareShare recently went live at i's 6th depot, North West (Manchester), with Aidmatrix's Online Warehouse module implementation. FareShare plans to roll out the Aidmatrix Network Online Warehouse and In-kind Donations Management Modules to all its depots in 2011, ultimately linking these with the community organisations that benefit from the FareShare food, as well as the food companies that are partnering with FareShare to ensure that their surplus food is put to good use.

Aidmatrix to Speak June 8-9 at the Aid and International Development Forum (AIDF) in Washington D.C.

AIDF 2011The Aid & International Development Forum is a leading global event dedicated to the effective delivery of humanitarian aid, disaster relief and development. It aims to facilitate networking, information sharing and improve cross-organization operations amongst those involved in the sector. Gov. McCallum will be speaking Wednesday at 3:15pm and Thursday at 4:30pm; Ms. Terri Hasdorff will be speaking Thursday at 3:15pm. Also, be sure to visit the Aidmatrix booth in the exhibition hall, table #1.
