Aidmatrix Acquires NPower Texas

NPower Texas LogoAidmatrix recently acquired NPower Texas, a Dallas-based nonprofit organization focused on improving nonprofits' access to technology. The deal includes the transfer of board members, staff, customers, products, revenue, assets and liabilities. The expansion further solidifies Aidmatrix' ability to deliver end-to-end technology and consulting solutions for small- to mid-sized nonprofits of nearly all missions and improves the overall flow of humanitarian relief delivered in Texas. The organizations have a strong history of partnership, with Aidmatrix assisting in the launch of NPower Texas in 2007, and both organizations partnering with NPower's National Network of affiliates in a variety of ways.
