The Inaugural Aidmatrix Day Scheduled for September 16, 2009

DALLAS, TX - September 14, 2009 - The Aidmatrix Foundation, a Dallas-based nonprofit that helps other nonprofits accelerate the delivery of humanitarian relief through technology solutions and community building, will host its first lunch and learn on September 16, 2009 called Aidmatrix Day. The inaugural Aidmatrix Day -"Repair, Refuel, Rebuild" will take place over lunch from noon until 1pm at Williams Square, Las Colinas, Texas. Guests will have an opportunity to walk through interactive scenarios that illustrate Aidmatrix's work as well as network with our Dallas partners and friends. They will learn how Aidmatrix impacts the lives of those in need through our technology solutions for medical relief (Repair), hunger relief (Refuel), disaster relief (Rebuild), as well as computer hardware recycling and online fundraising tools. The event is open to the public, but attendees should register in advance by contacting Karen Krygowski at Karen_krygowski@aidmatrix.org.

Aidmatrix Day will be a fun and interactive simulation that demonstrates how our programs work, who they help and how they improve the lives of people in need every single day. Guests will enjoy lunch with the Aidmatrix team and leave with a packet of information from Safe America Foundation (www.safeamerica.org) that will help them develop their family's own personal emergency preparedness plan.

Everyone who attends Aidmatrix Day will be entered in a drawing for a free ticket to our Shaken & Stirred Fundraising Event at the Frontiers of Flight Museum at Love Field in Dallas - it will be a fun themed event on October 15th! Bring a friend to Aidmatrix Day for an extra entry or schedule your own Aidmatrix Day at your office for 10 or more of your employees, and receive a free ticket to Shaken & Stirred.*

The Aidmatrix headquarters are located at Williams Square in Las Colinas, Texas. Parking is $4 for 1-2 hours. Lunch will be provided and space is limited so your RSVP is requested by September 15, 2009.
