Wisconsin Leverages Aidmatrix Technology to Collect Donations for
Long-Term Flood Recovery Efforts

The National Donations Management Network Program Is Helping Wisconsin Citizens Rebuild
MADISON, WI. -- April 2, 2009 -- The Aidmatrix Foundation Inc. today announced the readiness of the Wisconsin web portal on the National Donations Management Network (NDMN) Program, powered by the Aidmatrix Network®, to assist in the long-term recovery efforts from the 2008 summer floods. Over 40,814 requests for individual assistance were filed with FEMA last summer. The need is still great as individuals are rebuilding their homes and communities. Interested parties can visit the Wisconsin Portal to donate funds, products, and connect with organizations to volunteer their time. In addition, nonprofit organizations can register with Wisconsin Emergency Management (WEM) to post their needs directly on the portal so that they can be viewed and fulfilled by the public.

Aidmatrix has worked with the Wisconsin Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD) and WEM to implement this portal. The website is located at
http://emergencymanagment.wi.gov under Donate/Volunteer. To date, six Wisconsin VOAD member organizations are actively posting needs on the website and encouraging potential donors to visit the site to donate.

"I am excited that Wisconsin is participating in this program that will encourage our citizens to donate and volunteer during disasters," said Johnny Smith, WEM Administrator.

According to Keith Lang, Chair of the Wisconsin VOAD, "The National Donations Management Network is a useful tool that has been extremely valuable for other states during times of disaster and holds tremendous potential here for the citizens of Wisconsin. What we need now is for individuals and businesses to visit the site and donate generously."

The National Donations Management Network program now covers more than 78% of the U.S. population connecting States and territories with hundreds of relief organizations. Aidmatrix is streamlining relief efforts with technology and relationships just like the supply chains used within the for-profit world.
