Adventist Community Services has been responding to disasters for over 100 years. They have seen the need for reducing paperwork and increasing communication and visibility between those who have and those willing to give, and have therefore eagerly been using the National Donations Management Network, powered by Aidmatrix. Through the Network, they have posted needs onto the system received donations to fulfill those needs, making their disaster work more efficient.

On February 16th a team of 29 Accenture employees participated in an Aidmatrix virtual simulation for their annual Service Day event. The Accenture District of Columbia office provided a large selection of volunteer opportunities for their employees to give back to the community. They simulated using the National Donations Management Network in a disaster and provided valuable feedback.

Aidmatrix's first monthly Networking Event was held on February 24th at The Cadillac Ranch in Irving, TX. Approximately 50 people turned out for a great opportunity to network with leaders in the Dallas business community.
