Volunteer Mixer/Balloon-Making Class

We always enjoy seeing new and fresh faces
coming to volunteer at our parties. If you
are interested in volunteering at an onsite party,
come to our Volunteer Mixer on Monday,
October 17th from 6-8 pm, where you can
learn about the different ways to get involved.
Pizza party will begin at 6pm,
followed by the balloon-making class at 7pm
(cost for the class is $15, includes an air
pump and balloons).
RSVP to the balloon-making class by October 5th to ensure a pump. To RSVP, email
chris@birthdaydreams.org.
The mixer and
balloon-making class will be held at our
Renton Office (aka Liberty Park Community
Building): 1101 Bronson Way North.

Upcoming Group Birthdays

|
All birthday parties run from 6:00-7:30pm.
October 5th- Group birthday party at the YWCA on Seneca in Seattle.
October 11th- YWCA Family Village in Redmond
October 18th- YWCA on East Cherry. Come host the games and serve cake and ice-cream.
October 25th- At the Union Gospel Mission - Hope Place hosted by Renton Sam’s Club employees.

What's Been Happening
|
|
This month we’ve received so many helping hands from different groups and
organizations. We would like to recognize the following groups for their
outstanding services:
•Renton Day of Service, September 10th: Volunteers from the Renton community
made bows and gift tags.
•United Way of Caring: Employees from Petrocard and Enterprise Holdings were each in our office for 3 hours to decorate stuffed goodie bags, create bows, wrap birthday boxes and decorate name tags

Young Philanthropists

|
We would like to thank donors from Marlee’s 5th birthday party for
their generous gift wrapping supply donations. Their generous donations
included: scissors, tape, tissue paper and other supplies needed to wrap gifts.
We would also like to thank volunteers from Newport High School’s Key Club and Renton High School Key Club for their time and efforts that they’ve contributed by volunteering at onsite group parties.
