Expand your design options with Adirondack (R) Alcohol Inks & Metallic Mixatives from the popular Tim Holtz (R) line of components and supplies. These acid-free, fast-drying, translucent dyes and luminous metallic highlights are specially formulated for slick (non-porous) surfaces. Use them to colorize metal, dominoes, shrink plastic, glass, glossy paper, wooden components and more! Colors coordinate well together, and can be mixed to create your own hues! Use the Blending Solution to dilute colors or to clean inks off non-porous surfaces.
We recommend sealing colored metal components with EnviroTex (R) spray sealer, ITS (TM) Image Transfer Solution or a water-based, waterproof sealant like Mod Podge (R). Want to learn more about coloring metal components with Adirondack Inks? See the second section of our FREE blog tutorial "Two Ways to Color Metal", featured a few weeks ago.
