Healthy Cooking Night!

Barry Joress, Food Service Director, will be the head Chef, joined by Avita's culinary experts to demonstrate how to make a healthy and delicious dinner for you and your family.
Here's what is on the menu:
~Fresh salad with roasted walnuts and a citrus vinegrette
~Whole wheat pasta tossed with fresh grilled vegetables in a light aioli sauce and topped with shaved pecorino romano cheese
~Fresh acai and blueberry smoothies with non-fat yogurt
This cooking class is a part of Needham's Public Health Week- all are welcome!
