There was a brief article in today's Herald Tribune's regarding the upcoming sale of Clark Road.
The article omitted the fact that the sale is part of an amicable agreement that we reached with Iberia Bank allowing a "friendly foreclosure" in return for the bank's forgiveness of the school's indebtedness and financial obligations on the former Clark Road Campus.
This agreement represents a critical step as we continue to restore the school's financial stability.
