Dear Clients and Friends:

There is a fraudulent letter going around to corporations from a group calling themselves COMPLIANCE SERVICES. They send out a letter with a form asking for attention from the officers, directors, and shareholders of the corporation; so that they can keep the corporation in compliance with the Massachusetts laws.

They ask for the form to be completed with a check for $125.00 and sent to a P.O. Box in Boston. The Department of Revenue and Secretary of State have stated that the letter is not either of theirs, and did not come from their offices. The AG's office got hit with this last year as well.

Please be advised that this form is not coming from a state office.
