Heather Whalen is an energetic Accounting & Finance Recruiter having spent over 10 years in Human Resources and Recruiting with a strong focus on both recruiting and research. As the Shared Services HR Manager for the Ohio Valley region of Deloitte from 2001-2004, she supported the marketing, administrative, finance and technology groups closely working with them on a daily basis - involved in employee relations, recruiting, training, etc.
At Deloitte, she also helped in the interviewing and hiring process, working with former Arthur Andersen employees, by traveling to other Deloitte offices and coordinating the
on-boarding process for them at Deloitte.
Having a wide array of recruiting experience in public accounting, she is committed to providing candidates with the high level of confidentiality, communication and follow-up needed to transition smoothly and successfully from one position to the next.
