Rainmaker Resources is proud to announce the acquisition of STS Consulting and happy to welcome Maria Fields-Stratmann and Lynne Sharrers to the Rainmaker Team!! 

Maria Fields-Stratmann received her Bachelor's of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati.She worked as an accountant for both The David J. Joseph Company and Mercy Health Partners prior to joining Kforce in Cincinnati.  While at Kforce, Maria earned several Top Performance and Sales awards.  In 2002, Maria was recruited to work for her top client, Fidelity Investments as the Site Manager for contract staffing.  She was promoted to Director, responsible for 25 recruiters and managers as well as 1500+ contract employees across all of Fidelity's regional sites.  In 2008, Maria started her own firm, STS Consulting Services, providing human resources consulting, hiring and performance management as well as recruiting services to clients in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Region.

Lynne Sharrers obtained her Bachelor's of Business Administration focused in Accounting in 2000 from the University of Cincinnati and is an experienced business leader with more than ten years of success in B2B product and services Fortune 250 organizations. She is proactive and results driven. In each role, she has improved financial and reporting processes, instituted initiatives and carried them out in order to create positive change, efficiency and increased profitability. She brings with her a strong track record of results at all levels of reporting, accounting and data management in highly competitive service industries. She's built successful teams in 3 instances over past 6 years where turnarounds were required. Lynne has created profitable strategic alliances with global organizations and internal customers and has continued this success with Rainmaker!
