CISA, Technology Risk Manager Consultant: Broad background including Sarbanes Oxley, HIPPA, GLBA, Risk Assessment, IT Governance, Business Continuity Management, Application Controls & IT Security and Big 4 IT Audit experience!

 

Big 4 Audit Director, CPA Consultant: Over 20 years of audit consulting experience with the Big 4 serving a wide range of public and private companies in the manufacturing, distribution, utilities, real estate, and health care industries. Experience addressing complex accounting issues including revenue recognition, lease accounting, FIN 46R, pension and post retirement benefits, taxes and foreign currency exchange.
