Aloha from Tory's Roofing! Autumn is here in Hawaii and boy have we been blessed so far! We are currently working on numerous commercial projects such as Windward Community College, Louis Vuitton Waikiki, Ross Dress for Less Waikiki and various University of Hawaii buildings throughout the Manoa campus just to name a few. While the economy is definitely making an impact on the private sector, we are continuing to do our best to serve Hawaii and keep your homes and businesses safe. "Did you know... ?"
Considering installing photovoltaic panels? Did you know that if you do not have the penetrations reinforced after the panels are installed you have just voided both your contractor and manufacturer warranty?
-This is one of the biggest problems right now. If you are considering installing anything on your roof, you MUST contact your roofing contractor to arrange a time to reinforce any pentrations made to the roof. Reinforcing the penetrations will uphold the warranties on your roof, NOT reinforcing them opens your roof up to failure.
