Two Weeks Left to Get Membership Data Ready for Next Year - Check for Duplicates and Enter Your Officers
-From WSPTA
As the current school year is winding down, it's time to start getting ready for next year. Here are some things you'll want to do right away, if you haven't done so already.
1. Check the Membership Enrollment Site (www.wastateptambrs.org) for Duplicates.
Log on to your local unit Membership Enrollment site and click on the Membership Reports link on the top menu bar. Look on the left menu bar and click on Membership Roster. Scroll through the list of members and write down the ID numbers of any duplicate members. Email support@wastatepta.org to have the duplicates removed. Your unit may receive an invoice for the duplicate members entered into your PTA's roster.
Please be sure to submit all your dues for this year before June 30.
2. While on the Site Enroll Your 2012-2013 Officers
Make a note of the ID numbers for your PTA's new officers. Click on the Incoming Officers link at the top of the screen and enter the ID number for each officer in the appropriate field position. Click on the preview button and make sure the name matches the position, then click the submit button.
If this is not done, the State PTA office will not know the names of the new officers and we will not know where to send important information. If your PTA is unable to enter the incoming officers contact Melissa Anderson at support@wastatepta.org with their names, positions and contact information.
Note: Do not enter 2012-2013 members (other than officers) until after July 15, 2012. |

We presented their awards, Monday, June 4, 2012 at the SCPTSA June training at Asa Mercer Middle School. If you get a chance, please congratulate these amazing people. On behalf of the Seattle Council PTSA, we thank them for their contributions on behalf of children in Seattle! |
