Click here for information on the upcoming State Questions, this information was forwarded by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce as an excellent opporunity for you to review the questions and clip off the bottom to take with you to the polls.
RUNOFF ELECTIONS
When are the Runoffs elections? The Runoff election will be held on August 24th, deadline to register for the Runoffs is July 30th. Who is in the Runoffs? I was just informed that the Republican ticket will have a ballot in McClain County for Insurance Commissioner. Click the links below to access more information about the candidates available.
US House 2 - Eastern OK
US House 5 - Central OK
State Senate 44 - OK County
State House 3 - LeFlore County
State House 18 - McIntosh, Pittsburg Counties
State House 21 - Bryan County
State House 27 -Cleveland, Pottawatomie Counties
State House 66 - Tulsa County
State House 86 - Adair, Cherokee, Delaware
State House 100 - OK County
August 24 Runoff Absentee ballots (application forms) are available at your local county election board office or can be downloaded from the Oklahoma State Election Board. Applications must be submitted before 5:00pm on Wednesday, August 18. Absentee ballots must be received by the county election board by 7:00pm on election day.
Military personnel serving overseas are encouraged to vote by downloading the necessary forms from the Federal Voting Assistance Program.
GENERAL ELECTIONS
When is the General elections? November 2nd is the day to be there! Deadline to register for the General election is October 8th.
We will start having localized Candidate Forums and Meet and Greets to help educate you on who is running for office and much more. WANT TO HELP?? If you would like to participate in organizing these events, please feel free to let us know we would love the support.

nefThe Newcastle Education Foundation regrets to annouce that the Annual Fundraising Banquet/Concert was cancelled.

Due to this effort being the main funding source of the organization, donations will be gladly welcomed to assist in the NEF's efforts to continue to provide a local grant source for improving and expanding the eductional experience within the Newcastle Public Schools.
