Can Snacking be Healthy? | Many of our members tell us their biggest challenge is eating right on the go .
Snacking has gotten a bad rap. It's no wonder though, when you look at what the typical American snacks on-French fries, potato chips, candy bars, ice cream, just to name a few. Snacking can allow unwanted calories, excess fat, and refined sugar to creep into your diet. But it doesn't have to be this way. Instead, snacking can be a great way to get extra nutrients, hold you over until your next meal, and give you an energy boost in the middle of the day. Healthful snacking requires more planning and effort than a trip to the vending machine. But it is worth it. The American Dietetic Association offers some guidelines to help make snacking work for you: |

Keep our Club Wonderful
Everyone loves a clean and beautiful cub. As owners of Anytime Fitness, we are committed to keep the club clean and equipment in working order. In doing so, there are a few requests that can keep our club in perfect shape long into the future. Please help us with by adhering to the following guidelines:
1. Replace your weights - after using dumb bells or plated weights, please put them back on their original weight rack. Not only does this keep the club looking fantastic, but it helps members from not having to step over or move weights that are heavier than they care to lift.
2. Wear indoor only shoes on the cardio equipment - the treads in your gym shoes carry dirt. This debris is then deposited on the belts of treadmills shortening the lifespan of the equipment. While we clean the equipment regularly, not wearing your gym shoes outside will help keep our cardio equipment healthy.
3. Don't let people into the gym - this is perhaps the only place where you need not hold the door for the person behind you. Security is of utmost importance for our members. Therefore, only key carrying members can be in the gym. If your key is not working or has been lost, please contact our staff and we'll expedite the replacement of your key.
