Thanksgiving greetings! Preparing a holiday meal can seem like a daunting task, but if you take the time to plan ahead, you can save yourself a ton of stress. Start by deciding on a menu. Choosing fresh, simple dishes that can be fully or partially prepared ahead of time is key, and these are some of my favorites. From turkey that cooks in under two hours (and won't take up your whole oven) to three-ingredient veggie sides and decadent make-ahead desserts, these easy recipes will make preparing your feast a breeze.
