The e-Servicer
Greetings!

Welcome to the August 2010 edition of our e-Newsletter published exclusively for members and friends of USA.

Back to schoolYes, it's that time of year again when kids return from summer camp and mothers everywhere are running washers on overtime. Take time to make sure you have a proper stock of fast moving parts to increase your chances of first call completes in laundry repairs. Completeing a service call in one trip is directly related to customer satisfaction and service profits. Make sure first call completes are the focus of your service business.

Yours sincerely,
The USA team

Tech Tip: Fridiaire Dryer Over Heating
Frigidaire has developed a replacement part for the overheating problem with the gas model FAQG7011 and FAQG7077 dryers.  It is somewhat similar to the Electrolux kit of a few months ago, with multiple holes punched into the heat duct, made to allow excess heat to get away from the rear of the drum.
In case you have a similar situation with these models, the part number is:  Kit # 137199820
