I know that is has been a few months since I last wrote you about upcoming dive vacations ...
 
but SURVEY SEZ that everyone wants to go somewhere different and at a different time!  I dont know what to do!
 
Our Fiji Trip was a great Promotion ... but we were not able to gather enough divers together to make it happen.
 
I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT !!!
 
We have a good feel for what the majority would like to do ... Fiji Islands for 7-10 days @ about $2,000 each ... but everyone wants to do it at different times of the year!
 
Any suggestions???

I have gotten responses from a lot of divers, but it seems that :
 
  1. the majority would like to go to Fiji,
  2. the majority would like to spend between $1,500 & $2,000,
  3. the majority can go for about 7 days - it's a tossup between 7 & 10 days,
  4. and nobody seems to be able to go at the same time!  Their preferred times are ALL over the calendar, almost evenly split between the different month !!!

 Hi Steve -

You know, not much else I can advise. $1500 will pretty much give you Cozumel. In fact I have some clients going in July (low season rates) and their trip for 6 nights all-inclusive of meals, tax and service, 5 days 2-tank boat dive (no shore) no other activities, basing in a nice, but still a larger hotel styled property so a hotel room for accommodation, is over $1700 / person with flights.
 

Not possible really to offer $1500-$2000 for all-inclusive for a week to include flights for anything other than a Caribbean low season special.

If that is the price range of your travelers, I do not think you will be able to coordinate a group trip that will work, unless again you look to a budget styled Mexico holiday, or a non-all-inclusive package.

Preferred times for travel should really be based on when it is good for the destination of choice and secondly to what works for you the group leader. 

Sorry not to offer more help or ideas here, but there is really  not much I can advise.
