Summer Begins at Bahoukas Antique Mall and Beer MuZeum!

Greetings!
June is here, the boaters are back and the fishing is great! A great time to take a trip to Havre de Grace. Our stores are just a block from the waterfront, and 5 minutes off of interstate 95! Treat yourself right and take some time to visit! We have lots of new things going on in both stores!!

In Bahoukas Collectables we have a truckload of sports cards (no exaggeration)
! Any sports cards collectors should come soon to get first pick! We have packs of Baseball, Basketball, Football, Hockey, Olympics and Desert Storm cards from 1988-1998. We also have complete sets of Baseball cards from 1989-1998. This is all in addition to all the other sports collectables in the store! You need to come and see!

The Beer MuZeum has a new selection of bar glassware (many with german beer advertising), steins and mirrors. No where will you ever see a collection of beer and alcohol related items bigger than at Bahoukas Beer MuZeum! A sight to see... and buy to decorate your home bar!

The Antiques Mall has just acquired a new collection of coins... and these will go fast! Come see them soon!! Plus a large selection of green glass, red glass and china!

This week Bulle Rock in Havre de Grace is hosting the LPGA. Come down to the water and see us while you are in town watching golf!

We look forward to seeing you in the store!!!

george and pirate girlPirates, pirates and more pirates!!
I know you have noticed her... the sexy pirate girl. She has created quite a stir in this quiet waterfront town where the Susquehana River meets the Chesapeake Bay. She greets you upon entrance to Bahoukas Antique Mall and most of our customers LOVE HER, but a few think she is too sexy for public viewing. To your right is a picture of George snuggling up with her! What do you think? Let us know! VOTE HERE!!! Link to pirate girl voting!  Many tourists in town leave with pictures of themselves and the pirates. Join them!

DaNica Singing at Bahoukas First FridaysBuy quality, save money and help the environment by shopping green!
Set the stage: you have been spending more time at home, you love to entertain, and you want your home to be beautiful, comfortable and functional.  You are ready to buy dining room furniture, and you have many choices. You could go the seemingly less expensive - put it together yourself route and purchase a dining room set from IKEA. For a veneer table that seats 6-8, dining chairs, buffet and glass door cabinet, you would pay just over $2,000. Not too bad! BUT, you think again: quality goods that last are important to you. You don't want to see what you are buying today end up in the dump in a few years. So you look at the other end of the spectrum: Ethan Allen. A full dining set will run you about $12,000 and should last a long time. OR you could "go green" at Bahoukas and buy a Jamestown Lounge Feudal Oak dining suite: table that expands from seating for 6 to 10, curved glass breakfront, and matching buffet- all for $5,200. That is less than half of the price of the Ethan Allen set! And this set has been around since the 1940's and is still in perfect condition! Should last a lot longer than another 75 years! So, which is the better deal?
Shopping at Bahoukas is a great example of shopping green. Antique and vintage items are green. Quality goods last, and will be functional for your children as well! Before you go shopping for new items, stop in the store and see if we have a vintage or antique version! Go green and support the local economy!
