The Powell's live in the Boulders just down the street from my mom.

My first thought when I saw their backyard was, great view but the patio is too narrow. We took out every other post and brought the patio out to the edge of the pool. |
The new spa is out in the pool so you have to walk through cold water to get to it.
The furniture is from Restoration Hardware. We replastered the pool all black and used all white tile for the spa. I first saw the stainless steel spheres at another client's house, Patrick and Mickey Rice.

We took out the old cool deck and replaced it with adobe buff slump cap pavers to match what they already had on the patio.

CASA CARMEL

We're having an open house this Friday night, September 10th from 6:30 pm-8:30 pm at our new Casa Carmel project at 2222 S. Rural in Tempe. It's just south of Broadway across the street from Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church.
