Let's begin.....
Yes my dearest friends. We all chose this time to come together and share. A time that would be very exciting. These time are very powerful. As each of us have raised our vibrations, we have added to the vibration of the planet. In doing so, the higher or faster moving vibration allows us to connect more fully to who we are. We require less time in learning how to do this. What took 20 yrs or more in meditation and introspection and classes and such to discover that Inner Knowingness, now comes to most very quickly. Which then adds to the planet's higher vibration.
What does that mean? Bucking the current of this fast moving stream of energy/vibration can be rough. Really rough. The old ways of doing things doesn't work anymore. The evidence of not flowing with the current shows up in illness/disease. Again the beauty of it all is, today, right now, you can choose a better feeling thought and allow yourself to flow with this current. In doing so, your experience will change rapidly. Consistency is the key. A little here and a little there doesn't cut it any longer. Think of it as hanging on the banks of a white water river. How long will you be able to hold on?
Come on lean back, put your hand and feet in the air and enjoy the ride. Screaming and wooohooing optional. Did you feel the relief in that thought??

Emotions=Communication. It is how Spirit gets our attention. Makes complete sense. Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed. How the heck did I miss that one? Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting. But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down. The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general. The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for. Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
