It really takes a shift in perspective to hear what is being said and to be able to focus on that distinction of meaning.
When we pursue things in the hopes of feeling better, we make our life, one of pursuing. It is in the moment that we truly realize that our happiness is something that is within our being, our body, our soul and not outside of us, then we tap into a life that has been denied for so long.
Realizing that in any moment we have the power to decide how we feel and that involves withdrawing our attention for a moment and feeling. Until we are able to maintain that space more naturally, use a memory of something that has the resonance about it. Something that touched your heart. Practice yourself back into You. Go there and everything (everything) else follows.

Emotions=Communication. It is how Spirit gets our attention. Makes complete sense. Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed. How the heck did I miss that one? Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting. But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down. The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general. The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for. Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
