Anything whether it is your health or other topic of discussion. Distract yourself from the not so pleasant thing and allow a different vibration or emotion to dominate. It doesn't even have to be on the same topic. Spend more time during your day focused on something that feels good to you.
Examples, examples, examples. You have been working with a client. The project won't work, won't come together, won't anything. Your wife forces you to take a vacation and you find yourself actually enjoying it. You really start to allow yourself to feel good. You come home and the deal is done and better than you imagined.
You have your house on the market, no one calls or looks at it. You decide to call it quits and take it off the market and the buyers come out of the woodwork.
Can't find a job. You decide to go to school instead and all those employers start calling.

Emotions=Communication. It is how Spirit gets our attention. Makes complete sense. Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed. How the heck did I miss that one? Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting. But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down. The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general. The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for. Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
