let's begin......
This topic pushes a lot of buttons for people. We are so conditioned into what our bodies can and cannot do. We have bought into the limiting beliefs of those who have convinced us that they "know" and that this is just the way things are.
But we see it all around us, if we choose to see it. People who have "miracle" remissions and disappearing tumors, learning to walk again after being told it would be impossible.
When you hear one of these stories, what is your response? Are you hopeful or do you discount it? Do you find yourself beginning to shift your belief system on some things? What is the story you tell about what ails you? Lately I have heard people tell the arthritis story like it was written in their stars. Menopause. I have been hearing those stories too. People walking around carrying their stories of lack of health and well-being. Sharing it with everyone they meet. Never realizing that the only thing between them and their improved health is the story they choose to tell over and over.
Here is another question for you. How healthy do you really want to be? What is your story? Okay it was two questions. But go ahead and answer them anyway. You might surprise yourself with the answer.
Emotions=Communication. It is how Spirit gets our attention. Makes complete sense. Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed. How the heck did I miss that one? Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting. But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down. The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general. The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for. Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
