Remember?  It is not about the things and people outside of you.  Just the thoughts you hold.  Just your focus.  Where are you putting your  Energy?  Are you focused on things that feel good or bad.  There is such a fine line here.  That line is sometimes blurred by our minds.  Hear what I am sayng.  Are you focused on things that feel good or bad?  I am not saying are you looking at things that --make --you feel bad.  There is a big difference here.  The thing is not making you feel bad.  It is the focus.  It is the thoughts you are holding in that moment as you fixate on the object.
 
Think about pie.  Let's say you really like pie.  So visualize the perfect pie. mmmmmm.  It smells good and looks so good.  Now the thoughts you are having around the pie are what are giving you the good feeling, not the pie.  Now think about someone who hates pie.  They will look at that same thing and hate it.  It's not the pie.  It's the thoughts.  If I told you that the pie you were thinking so lovingly about was full of something not so good you would quickly change the thoughts about the pie and you would have the corresponding change in feelings. 
 
It's not the pie or the job or the person or the money or the weather or........ just thoughts.

Emotions=Communication.  It is how Spirit gets our attention.  Makes complete sense.  Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed.  How the heck did I miss that one?  Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting.  But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down.  The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general.  The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for.  Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
