Let's begin.....
The Finding the Feeling-Place game is about taking time to sit and imagine the thing you want with feeling. The key is to be very aware of how you feel about the image you are envisioning. If it doesn't feel good to you, you may be focused on the lack or coming from the lack of it. You will want to feel around for something about that topic that makes you feel good and get an image of it.
When we were still living up north, I had the burning desire to be back in Naples again. I decided that I would play this game. Every day I began by sitting in front of our sliding glass door and imagined that I was in our home in Naples. I let myself feel the sunshine and wind on my skin. I would listen for the palm trees blowing. I saw my husband and daughter playing in the pool. Even though there was no sun shining and the snow was blowing.
Four months later, we were back in Naples. Believe what you like. It is the belief that will dictate if you can play this game or not.

Emotions=Communication. It is how Spirit gets our attention. Makes complete sense. Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed. How the heck did I miss that one? Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting. But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down. The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general. The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for. Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
