Let's begin.....
What segment of your day are you entering into? Work, travel, dinner, family?? As you are moving into that new segment of your day, you have already set into motion an energy about it. Usually by default, but there nonetheless. Stop and think for a moment what segment you plan to enter into after you close your computer. What is the feeling you have about that next thing on your agenda for the day? Does it have an uplifting feeling about it?
If not, you are now aware of your warning system telling you that you are focused on what you do not want from that segment of your day.
Now pivot to a better feeling thought by stating what it is that you do want. Timely drive to work, a pleasant and productive conversation with your boss, being present for your child as they talk to you, sharing their life with you in this moment. How about any person you will come into contact with?
What is it that you DO want? For about a week now we have been on this topic. Are you beginning to see that it is not a one time thing? It is an ongoing daily activity to train yourself into.
Training yourself to feel good.
gwen and Our Mentors
Emotions=Communication. It is how Spirit gets our attention. Makes complete sense. Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed. How the heck did I miss that one? Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting. But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down. The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general. The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for. Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
