Let's begin......
It is so easy to be critical of ourselves. We won't go into the whole programing of this. Instead, let's focus on what we are doing right and the great changes we are doing for ourselves. They may look small but each is a HUGE step in changing our perspective on our life experience.
I really want to drive home how huge the step is in beginning to recognize the changes in your states of emotions. To begin to become consciously aware of how you are feeling in any given moment is a very very big awareness step. More and more people are coming into this consciousness, but I think it is still a majority that operates through their day on a default setting from when they were really young. They have no idea how they feel much less that they have any control over it.
So right now I want you to give yourself some genuine recognition for a job well done. If at any moment you catch yourself doing a feeling check, stop and pat yourself on the back.

Emotions=Communication. It is how Spirit gets our attention. Makes complete sense. Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed. How the heck did I miss that one? Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting. But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down. The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general. The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for. Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
