Yesterday I talked about using your emotions as a "stuck alarm". That it is the focus that is causing you the less than happy FEELINGS.
Often I hear folks point out to me, about isn't that ignoring our feelings? Aren't we supposed to address the pain and fear?
What is being said here, is that your emotions are telling you to shift your point of focus. Acknowledge how you FEEL. Find it on the Emotional Guidance Scale. Now move to a better feeling thought.
Maybe another way of saying it. Until you shift your focus or how you are looking at that thing, the not so good FEELING is not going to change. It can't. If the way you are looking at something, doesn't resonate with who you really are, you will continue to get the alarm.
Unfortunately, for some the alarm has rung for so long that they are desensitized to it and the alarm begins to come through as illness.

Emotions=Communication. It is how Spirit gets our attention. Makes complete sense. Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed. How the heck did I miss that one? Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting. But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down. The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general. The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for. Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
