Three days of discussion on Pivoting. Have you tried it? Have you been able to catch yourself in one of those not so good FEELING places? That is the key isn't it. To be tuned into how you are FEELING in any given moment. As you clean up your vibration and FEEL good in more moments of your day, the not so good FEELINGS begin to standout like a sore thumb. Sorry for the pun. Those not so good FEELINGS DO begin to FEEL bad to you and with good reason. It is supposed to. It is the indicator that you need to shift your focus. Not take medication to numb it.
What are you predominantly focused on and how does it FEEL? Work, relationships, money...what?
Decide that you really do want to FEEL good more times than not. Pivot Pivot Pivot Pivot Pivot......quick, how do you pivot???
I know what I don't want, so what is it I do want. Hold onto that desire.

Emotions=Communication. It is how Spirit gets our attention. Makes complete sense. Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed. How the heck did I miss that one? Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting. But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down. The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general. The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for. Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
