Let's begin.....

  

 

So you are driving down the road and let's say someone pulls in front of you and doesn't leave you with as much space as you would normally like.  You feel that not so good feeling coming on.  You catch yourself in a not so good FEELING place.
 
You pick up the driving stick.  The stick, that for you holds all of what you are FEELING in that moment about driving.  You can tell by the way you FEEL that you have grabbed the wrong end of the stick.  As you focus on the thing you don't want--such as bad drivers-- your emotions are not improving.  But you remember that there are 2 ends to the stick and you start to move yourself to the other end of the stick by thinking about what it is you DO want.  Restating what you don't want doesn't move you but the thoughts of better drivers or where you are going does.  FEEL around the stick you are holding.  As you feel the relief from the new thoughts, you are moving to the other end of the stick. 

Why do you want to do this?  To FEEL better.  To attract to you the life experience you really want.  Your focus and the emotion being elicited is your indicator of what kind of drivers you will encounter.  Want fewer of 'those' drivers on the road?  Don't focus on them and clean up that vibration.  You will find yourself driving with nice, pleasant, safe drivers.  You start to notice that you are driving in a bubble.  If the other drivers aren't a vibrational match they are either ahead of you or behind you. 

It truly is vibrational and the people you share the road with are an indicator of what end of the stick you are choosing to hold.

Emotions=Communication.  It is how Spirit gets our attention.  Makes complete sense.  Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed.  How the heck did I miss that one?  Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting.  But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down.  The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general.  The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for.  Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
