Let's begin.....
Some, but not all of us, seem to have dedicated our life to the worry and fear of something. Unwrapping that ball of twine starts to look and feel like a life lesson.
One way of helping to release the feeling of lack is to look out into your other areas of your life. Abundance has many faces. It can be health, relationships, the place you live, the work you do and financial security. Look at your life and find where you allow abundance to flow effortlessly. Now feel that feeling around that part of your life. Can you begin to feel the ease, the happiness, joy and appreciation for those things?
Now look back at the thing that you feel less abundant in and see if there isn't some aspects of that topic that you can soften that feeling on. Warming it up to feel more and more like the other areas of your life. It may take a little practice. Remember you have practiced this habit of thought for some time.
Did you lose the warm fuzzy feeling of the other? Go back and get yourself back into that good feeling place and hang out there for a bit and try switching that thought again.
You have to FEEL abundant and it feels like happiness, hope, expectation and love.
What is it that you love? Bet you got a lot of it. What is it that you hate? Got a lot of that too, I bet.

Emotions=Communication. It is how Spirit gets our attention. Makes complete sense. Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed. How the heck did I miss that one? Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting. But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down. The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general. The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for. Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
