Putting your focus on Joy. Not the deadlines and other self-imposed limitations of your freedom or the contrast that is around you but rather on how you are feeling. Are you in a place of feeling your joy. Sometimes we get so caught up in our daily drama that we forget that we have a choice in how we feel. As we make the conscious effort and effort is a strong word, but putting forth the consciousness of feeling, we begin to mold our worlds.
Many of you will be quick to point out all the bad things going on, but you have a choice. You have a choice to feel better. You do not have to put your attention on anything that feels bad to you. Why? When you are focused on the problem you can't hear or see the answer to it. Shifting your focus.....shifting your focus to more things that make you feel good. That move you closer to your Joy. When you reach that place of joy full living, all that other stuff that used to use to give you relief falls away. This new way of coming at your day is more longer lasting in its effects. You notice that there is less drama going on.

Emotions=Communication. It is how Spirit gets our attention. Makes complete sense. Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed. How the heck did I miss that one? Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting. But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down. The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general. The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for. Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
