Let's begin......
For those of you who are already meditating on a fairly regular basis, you may want to play with the idea of journaling at the end of your meditation to allow yourself to work with that communication a little more. It is a great focus for you to listen to that small still voice that you may now be hearing.
Some meditation teachers stress silence during meditation and students spend a lot of effort trying to quiet everything that comes through during meditation. We are suggesting quieting the thinking mind, to hear the conversation from within.
If you are familiar with Conversations with God books, same thing. It is opening yourself to the guidance that is always present and available to you. The guidance that you have always longed for. That guidance feels like love, peace and reassurance.
We are ever expanding beings and why wouldn't our meditation practice be the same. How deep do you want to go with your knowing?

Emotions=Communication. It is how Spirit gets our attention. Makes complete sense. Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed. How the heck did I miss that one? Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting. But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down. The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general. The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for. Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
