Let's begin.....
No one creates in your experience.
This is one you just have to sit with and let your mind wrap around it. Most of us share our lives so closely with others that it sure does seem like those folks are affecting us. They push our buttons, they do things. How on earth can you say that they are not creating in our experience.
The only way to really prove this to yourself is to start really watching your life and the things you do and the way you feel. When you start having a different response to life, you start to see some changes. The more of a conscious effort you make to feel better in more moments of your day the better life seems to be getting. You get to a point that you cannot deny the connection between you and what you are experiencing. Then you come to know that no one is creating in your experience. That when you live so closely with another person, you sometimes put your focus on the things they focus on and in that moment you begin to create it for yourself. You have seen it. Two people in a situation with two separate outcomes. What do you think the deciding factor really is? What is your belief system telling right now and how is that working for you?
gwen and Our Mentors
Emotions=Communication. It is how Spirit gets our attention. Makes complete sense. Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed. How the heck did I miss that one? Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting. But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down. The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general. The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for. Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
