The strain of resistant thoughts are at the heart of all illness. The strain you put on your body when you choose to be less than who you are. Less than the person capable of much love, joy and happiness.
Guess what? You can't do it all in one fell swoop. It takes a little bit everyday. Everyday, choosing more and more moments to reach for a better feeling thoughts. Reaching for the relief that comes with moving up the Emotional Guidance Scale. Take out your scale more times through the day and see if you can't reach for a thought that feels a little bit better than where you are now.
Your body responds purely to the balance of the thoughts you hold. We spoke about that last week. The balance of better feeling thoughts vs not so good feeling thoughts.
Kind of like a profit and loss statement. Look at your life, what is the balance of your experience? What is your health like?

Emotions=Communication. It is how Spirit gets our attention. Makes complete sense. Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed. How the heck did I miss that one? Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting. But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down. The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general. The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for. Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
