Let's begin.....
How many times do you find yourself rushing to get somewhere? If you really paid attention to the whole thought process you have, you would be amazed how you are, in fact, creating the very thing that is going to happen. For instance, you are running late and you are in the car. You are so focused on the being late that the Universe is quickly and with perfection creating all the circumstances to make your being late possible. The traffic can't move quick enough, you hit every red light, crap they closed your exit ramp. Then if you let yourself go further, there is the results of being late. You will miss your client, you will have to work late, blah blah blah. So in like fashion the Universe is quickly pulling together the rest of your day.
If however, at any point you caught yourself and stopped that chain of thought. Shifted yourself to a more connected (good feeling) place, you would see the traffic lighten, your client is late, your boss calls in sick and so on. Really which way would you rather your day go. It all starts with the feeling you have right NOW.
Are you in your Now, Now?
gwen and Our Mentors
Emotions=Communication. It is how Spirit gets our attention. Makes complete sense. Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed. How the heck did I miss that one? Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting. But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down. The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general. The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for. Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
