When you take everything that you have ever wanted in this lifetime and get to the root of why you want it, the answer is always to feel good. To feel better than you feel right now. To be empowered to live your life on your terms. To have the freedom to move through this experience the way you want it. Too feel good.
Why do we find it hard to allow ourselves to feel good? Why do we feel trapped in our lives? Why is it so difficult to move forward? Thoughts. Always the thoughts we hold at any point in time. Every moment we are thinking we vibrate with wonderful life experiences or not. Always our thoughts focusing us in on our desires, or not. Your feelings are the indicator of how those thoughts vibrate and what they will vibrate with. Your life experience shows you 100% of the time what kind of feeling thoughts you hold, consistently.

Emotions=Communication. It is how Spirit gets our attention. Makes complete sense. Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed. How the heck did I miss that one? Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting. But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down. The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general. The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for. Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
