Easy peasy right?? Too simple maybe?? Can I really come to trust the guidance that comes from within. So many ask me, "How do I know if I am listening to the right voice? There is so much talking in my head."
It's not the chatter in your head. It's the feeling. How are you feeling? Tune into that. Learn to trust if is feels good you are okay. It will feel like love, peace, joy and happiness. It will feel like relief....relief. In some cases, all you want is to feel the relief from the pain you are having. That relief comes as you choose a better feeling thought. One that feels good to you. Sometime it sounds like anger or worry. Only you will know and in the relief comes the improvement of your life conditions.
Continue to reach for those better feeling thoughts and you will really see changes.

Emotions=Communication. It is how Spirit gets our attention. Makes complete sense. Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed. How the heck did I miss that one? Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting. But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down. The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general. The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for. Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
