Let's begin......
Conscious thought. The only time most people give any attention at all to what they are thinking or doing is when.....hmmmmm. The general public doesn't understand how their life experience is coming to them. You, my friends, I suspect spend some of your time, or most of it, paying attention to the way you feel so that you can be more conscious in your creating the life you are living. If not, the post manifestational awareness you get when something pops up quickly is an indicator for you.
Good feeling thoughts more times through the day put you in the vicinity of good feeling experiences. Note that I said good FEELING thoughts. You can think your affirmations all day long but if they have no feeling to back them, they do nothing. So set those intentions of what it is that you truly from your heart desire. One that makes you feel good to think and say it.

Emotions=Communication. It is how Spirit gets our attention. Makes complete sense. Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed. How the heck did I miss that one? Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting. But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down. The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general. The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for. Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
