Self-preservation. Put the oxygen mask on yourself first. When you run your life based on whether or not you are hurting someone's feelings while hurting yourself in the process, that is crazy. Trust in your 'warning bells'. It is the communication between you and your God Source Energy. You and you. You and your Inner Being. It really doesn't matter what words you use. It is the feelings that are going on inside of you. If you don't feel good, actively decide what is most important to you. You or another person's feelings. Remember that these kind folks are reflections of the old you and your old way of treating yourself. If you are coming from the heart, from your connection with God Source Energy, you can't go wrong. Oh I hear ya'll going on about how selfish that is and such but really think back on all the times you went against those 'warning bells', how did that work out for you?

Emotions=Communication. It is how Spirit gets our attention. Makes complete sense. Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed. How the heck did I miss that one? Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting. But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down. The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general. The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for. Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
