When you find yourself being in the full adoration of another, that feeling of warm glow and love is your natural state of well being. It is who you are. Can you recall a time in your recent past where you have felt your chest fill with happiness, joy, love or appreciation? Can you take yourself there now? Allow yourself that moment to feel that sensation in your body. Bask in it. See how it is not dependent on someone else or something. It is only dependent on your decision to choose a better feeling thought and to allow yourself to relish it. When you do this more out of habit, you draw to you all of the beauty that life has to offer. You feel the freedom that comes with it. You reach for the next step to expand further for the sheer exhileration of doing it all over again.
It's inside of you. Find it and hold on to it.

Emotions=Communication. It is how Spirit gets our attention. Makes complete sense. Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed. How the heck did I miss that one? Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting. But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down. The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general. The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for. Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
