let's begin......
A little bit at a time. No huge gigantic emotional leaps. Just lock in on something that makes you feel good and spend 17 seconds there. Did you find something in the shower to make you smile?....lol. Hey that's not what I meant....... or maybe it is. Did you make it a point to think good thoughts while you were in the shower? If you forgot, a visual prompt might be the ticket. Or did you let your mind tell you this is not important or that there are more important things to think about? Well the beauty of it is that you can do whatever you like. Just remember if you are looking for change in your life, then something has to change first. You have to change the way you look at things.
Is it really so bad to spend a little time feeling good?
gwen and Our Mentors
Emotions=Communication. It is how Spirit gets our attention. Makes complete sense. Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed. How the heck did I miss that one? Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting. But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down. The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general. The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for. Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
