let's begin......
Sometimes we have an experience or know someone who it seems is causing us to pick at the situation like a sore. When we are not distracted by something else we let our mind go racing back to that thing and let our mind just pick at it. The emotion feels bad and is our indicator that this is not where we should be putting our focus. But we convince ourselves that it is in our highest good to keep looking at that thing and make it right in our minds or that other person wrong.
Take a moment and stop to contemplate that while you are mulling that thing over and over and over, what is being accomplished. Have you changed the situation or the person. NO. All you have done is put a whole of focus on something or someone that is not in keeping with what you truly desire. Let it go. Make a conscious effort to STOP and shift your focus elsewhere. That is all that it takes. When you find yourself floating back to that thing again. STOP and shift your focus to something else. In time, your mind will stop going there and you will begin to feel the relief in that and your life will begin to show the change in vibration that you have started. But first you have to STOP and shift your focus.
It is our promise to you.
gwen and Our Mentors
Emotions=Communication. It is how Spirit gets our attention. Makes complete sense. Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed. How the heck did I miss that one? Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting. But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down. The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general. The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for. Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
