let's begin......
We are not talking about figuring everything out and how it will play out. We are talking of just setting the intention for what you want. Safe drive to work, timely arrival, fun with the family, smooth resolution of a project. It doesn't have to be any great detail just your general intention of what it is you want. Your mind will register it and the attracting begins. You become a beacon of good feeling experiences.
Here is an example of how it starts to fall together effortlessly. I set the intention that I needed to meet up with someone today and I really wanted it to just fit in nicely with the flow of everything else I had to do this day. I also thought about how nice it would be to have lunch with my husband and daughter. As I have been sitting and typing my husband called to see if I would like to go to lunch with him and Misty. Sure. Come pick me up. Then I receive the call from the person I needed to meet to give her something. She states she is in the area and will drop by and pick it up. Both my family and the lady show up at the same time and off we go to lunch.
Effortless and I never left my chair or dialed a phone.
gwen and Our Mentors
Emotions=Communication. It is how Spirit gets our attention. Makes complete sense. Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed. How the heck did I miss that one? Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting. But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down. The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general. The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for. Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
