You can choose where to put your focus. What is it that you want? Why? How do you feel as you speak or write these words? The emotion it carries is your indicator of your focus. Focus on what you don't want and you will have a not so good feeling. Dismiss it and continue to keep your focus on what it is you don't want and the feeling will grow. As it grows and you continue your focus, you will begin seeing signs of that vibration. Your days will seem a little stressful. Things won't go as smoothly as they did. Your fuse will seem short. All indicators that you are not focusing in the direction that is beneficial to you. They are all connected. They are all being attracted to you because of the vibration you are emitting. We dismiss this connection. We choose to say that these things follow some linear path and that if you follow that path it leads to someone else who did something to someone. This is not the case. As linear as it looks, the whole of your experience is created in your now. The only person responsible for the experiences you are having is you 100% and your focus.
Do you need to figure out what is at the root of this vibration? No. Make how you feel in any given moment your priority. Raise your vibration and the icky stuff can't linger for long. They can't exist simultaneaously.
They can't. Choose better feeling thoughts about anything at anytime and see what begins to happen.

Emotions=Communication. It is how Spirit gets our attention. Makes complete sense. Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed. How the heck did I miss that one? Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting. But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down. The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general. The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for. Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
