let's begin...... Okay so we have been talking about Segment Intending for a few days now. Have you just been reading along or have you really listened to what is being said and thought you would give it a try? For those who truly do wish to see their life transform and be more that you want it to be and have been testing out this new practice, you may already be seeing the results. Those phone calls that come to you from the person you just thought about needing to talk to and other such evidence of your power.
This is a new practice. A new habit that you will form. For me it took a little time to get mindful of my segments. I was pretty entrenched in my way of doing things so I had to ease myself into this concept. I started by setting up the Segment of a week. What did I want my week to look like. Then I shifted to the day. I started my day's To Do List with my Intentions for the day. Then I caught myself starting to set intentions for phone calls I wanted to make and then it was the drive to work and next thing I new I was setting intentions for all kinds of things that I was entering into during the day. It became easier as I went because I began to see the evidence. I really liked the way my days were flowing when I set the intention for what I WANTED to see happen and shifted the focus off of the things that I didn't. Huge shift for me. HUGE.

Emotions=Communication. It is how Spirit gets our attention. Makes complete sense. Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed. How the heck did I miss that one? Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting. But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down. The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general. The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for. Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
